Object Change Audit

The user can check their installation to see if the 'Object Change Audit' feature is enabled by looking at the 'Product Info' dialog accessed via the 'Help / About Knowledge Builder' menu in Knowledge Builder. If the feature is enabled then the option 'Show Full Audit History' will appear on the 'Project Tools' pull down menu.

Using this option will produced an Audit Report for the logged in user, or in the case of the administrator allow a report to be viewed for all users or for a particular user. The administrator has the added capability of being able to delete entries from the Audit Report. Comments can be added to each individual object change either by the individual user who made the change or by the administrator.

By default the time stamp is viewed as a recording of the local time but can be adjusted to show the time based on GMT. This is particularly useful for the administrator when there are a number of developers working on the same project across different time zones.
